箴言３：１１−１２
מוּסַר יְהוָה בְּנִי אַל־תִּמְאָס וְאַל־תָּקֹץ בְּתֹוכַחְתֹּֽו׃
כִּי אֶת אֲשֶׁר יֶאֱהַב יְהוָה יֹוכִיחַ וּכְאָב אֶת־בֵּן יִרְצֶֽה׃

3:11 υἱέ 　μὴ 　ὀλιγώρει 　παιδείας 　κυρίου　 μηδὲ 　ἐκλύου 　ὑπ᾽　 αὐτοῦ 　ἐλεγχόμενος

3:12 ὃν　 γὰρ　 ἀγαπᾷ 　κύριος　 παιδεύει　 μαστιγοῖ 　δὲ 　πάντα 　υἱὸν　 ὃν 　παραδέχεται

My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in whom] he delighteth.
